1. Booking & confirmation

You can book via our website, hotline, Zalo or in person. A booking is confirmed once our staff contacts you. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.

2. Changes & cancellation

• Please notify us at least 1–2 hours in advance to change or cancel.
• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened out of respect for the next guest.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are listed on our website and at the spa, and may change with seasonal promotions. We accept cash, bank transfer and cards (Visa/Mastercard).

4. Guest responsibilities

• Please inform your therapist of any health conditions, allergies, pregnancy or injuries beforehand.
• Keep your personal belongings safe.

5. Our commitment

We use quality products, maintain a clean and private space, and employ well-trained, caring therapists who respect your privacy.
